Good evening to all of you! Today I will write the last part of my trilogy about self care! Haha! It will be about physical care. Also isn't it great that today is the 30th of September? It means there's only one month left 'till halloween! Do you know what you will do and who will you be on that day? Because I have loads of ideas if I won't need to work on that day though.

''Pour yourself a drink, put on some lipstick & pull yourself together''
                                                                     - Elizabeth Taylor

With this amazing quote, lets start with some tips on  what to do to make yourself feel physically better

  • Go for a walk. Just do it. Alone or with a friend. Doesn't matter, just go. It helps so much! I recently started doing this and I'm not disappointed at all!
  • Dance. Yes, as stupid as it sounds, don't mind that. Put on your favorite song and dance. Enjoy the moment!
  • Swim. I used to swim a lot earlier and I'm so upset that I stopped doing it. Because in the water you feel like you are flying and after that it feels like you are new born baby. Best feeling ever. Plus a good exercise.
  • Get a hug. Hug is and always will be the best thing for your mind and body. No more words.
  • Play with a pet. Playing with your pet is always a good idea, because this little creature loves you 24/7 and it shares its love with you (I don't know what I just said, but oh well). That is a good treat for you and it is fun to play.
  • Clean & reorganize your room. Yes, there is a lot of work doing this. It's like an exercise. So go on and do that. After you clean everything, believe me, the feeling is awesome!!!
  • Take a bath. And the best tip is a bath. Put a bath bomb in it, add some bubbles and light a candle. It will be like meditation. Perfect!!! Almost the same like swimming. After that - new born baby effect is guaranteed.

So basically that's it! Really enjoyed writing all these tips for you and I'm pretty sure that I will write more posts that are similar with this one. Because they are useful and yeah. Also hope to see you very soon!

Realizing all the changes I GTKM

Welcome back!
The reason I decided to write now is simple and weird at the same time. Today I was walking home from work (which I quit today & not sad about that) and it all looked like in a movie. I'm not joking it really looked like that! The music was playing (I had earphones), everything seemed relaxing and I lifted my head to look in the sky. It was cloudy and few seconds after it started to rain. Usually I would've walked fast to home, but then I smiled like an idiot and enjoyed the moment (one of the reasons was that I hadn't any makeup on). Anyway, while I was happy about walking in rain I caught myself thinking about how everything changed in my life. Not just my haircut and color (that I'm always changing, because I can't find the color I feel, if you understand), but everything really changed.
First of all. I don't know if my mentioned that in earlier posts, but when I was younger I had a friend and I listened to that friends opinion every damn tim…

Halloween vibes & new resolutions I ChitChat

Hello to all of you! Once again I'm laying in my bed, drinking muffin-flavoured tea and scrabbling here. Today's topic won't be anything special, just a simple post that I decided to write on a Wednesday evening.
So to begin with I changed my hair color.. (once again...) and I'm happy with it! I mean, I'm truly enjoying this color. It is kind of a pastel pink and rose gold mix. At first when I dyed it I was like ''Jesus what have I done...''. But now I'm thinking that I will leave this color for as long as possible. Also Halloween is almost here and now that I'm with pink hair it is easier to do makeup for that occasion. Still don't know exactly what or who I'll be, but I'm planning to do a video of my Halloween makeup tutorial. I think it will be great. Hope so.
Also I want to talk more about ''new resolutions'' subject. I know that every time of the year, every month I'm talking about how I want to change, sta…
